1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Sanjivani application, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the service.
2. Scope of Service
Sanjivani provides biological anomaly detection via on-device AI. The accuracy of these predictions depends on the quality of data provided by your wearable device sensors. We make no guarantees regarding the 100% accuracy of illness prediction.
3. Guardian SOS Protocol
The SOS feature is a tool to assist in communication during emergency states. You understand that:
- The service relies on third-party telecommunications (SMS/WhatsApp).
- Sanjivani does not guarantee the delivery of emergency messages in areas with poor network coverage.
- The "Guardian" is a person chosen by you, and Sanjivani is not responsible for their non-response.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyumn Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to health outcomes or data loss.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
